Do you love working with young children and creating spaces where they can feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves? LIFRC is looking for a Play Aide to provide 1:1, child-directed play sessions with preschool-aged children during the school year.

This part-time position is 7–9 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., with pay of $25–$27/hour, depending on experience. We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, flexible, a good listener, and genuinely interested in building meaningful relationships with children.
