Join us for a healthy meal and cultivate a meaningful sense of membership and belonging within the Lopez Island recovery Community.
Our Community
Heart & Soul Cafe hosts weekly circles of peer support for individuals 18 and older. Heart & Soul is a chemical-free, non-judgmental space to gather, connect, and simply be.
Regardless of past or present trauma, illness, mental or emotional anguish, or addictive behaviors, everyone is in recovery from something and has wisdom to share from their experience.

Want to give back to the Lopez community? Heart & Soul Recovery Cafe is looking for Community Volunteers to help in two ways:
- Transportation- provide rides to and from the Cafe for our members
- School for Recovery Classes - teach classes about useful or unique life skills like financial literacy, applying for jobs, conflict management, healing arts, etc.
