Members of Voices and Visions include talented Leaders representing BIPOC, LGBTQIA2+, and Disability Rights who aim to generate a deeper, more genuine compassion for all people – past, present, and future.
By sharing power, generating safe spaces for learning, meeting, celebrating history, culture, and human rights. Through community driven solutions Voices and Visions leaders are turning visions for racial justice and equity into reality.

How it Works
Some of the many projects that Voices and Visions has funded:
ALIGN (Advocates of Lopez Island Gathering for Neurodiversity) is a group of parents and caretakers of neurodivergent children who are, through education, awareness, and advocacy, working to create a society that does not disable the neurodivergent, but enables them—valuing their equal inherent dignity.
Spanish speaking leaders have created a bridge to share and teach their traditions via annual celebrations like Children’s Day and Day of the Dead. Through these celebrations leaders invite the entire Lopez community to learn about where they come from and partake in their rich customs.
Tribal leaders from the Samish Nation have started organizing annual celebrations of Indigenous culture as a way to share their food, dances, art work, and rituals with the entire Lopez Community, teaching us through the art of celebration and sharing.
