Save the date!
Our fourth annual Literary Fundraiser event will take place on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at Lopez Center for Community and Arts. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., and refreshments will be available, including wine and Northwest hors d’oeuvres.

Bruce Barcott
Claire Dederer
For those of you who don’t know them, Bruce and Claire are writers who are husband and wife, yet very different from each other in their literary pursuits. Bruce is an environmentalist and has written a beautiful book about Mt. Rainer, among others. Currently he is writing a book about salmon and fishing rights in the Northwest. Bruce also writes regularly for “Outside” magazine. Claire is a journalist, and has recently published “Poser: My life in Twenty Three Yoga Poses”, which has captured much attention, particularly from women raising children these days.
